For freelancers

Client money in every currency, one clear total.

Freelance income arrives in dollars from one client and euros from the next, through Wise, PayPal or a bank. Fimerse reads the statements you already get, files every payment, and shows what came in, what went out and what you kept.

What it does for you

The same Fimerse, set up for how you earn.

Every currency, one total

A dollar balance on Wise, a euro bank account, a pound card. Each stays in its own currency, and the total follows the one you think in.

Any bank, any country

There is no bank connection to set up, so Fimerse works with banks other apps cannot reach. If it gives you a statement, Fimerse can read it.

Uneven months, made readable

Every month shows In, Out and Kept, so a big month and a quiet one sit side by side and the pattern is easy to see.

Bills, budgets and a buffer

Subscriptions and bills with their due dates, budgets per category, and a savings goal for the quiet months.

Honestly

What Fimerse does, and what it does not.

Fimerse does not

  • Send invoices or chase clients.
  • File or estimate your taxes.
  • Connect to your bank or move money.

Instead, it

  • Export every payment as CSV for your accountant, any time.
  • Keep each client's currency exactly as it was paid.
  • Read the statements you already download, in about thirty seconds.
Questions

Straight answers.

Does Fimerse work with Wise and PayPal?
Yes, through their statements. Wise, PayPal and most banks let you download a statement as a PDF or CSV, and Fimerse reads both. A photo of a paper statement works too.
I get paid in three currencies. Which one is the total in?
The one you choose. Each account keeps its own currency, and the totals are shown in the currency you pick in Settings, at today's rates.
Can my accountant use it?
Fimerse is for your own picture of your money. For your accountant, export every payment as CSV from Settings.
Is it free?
Tracking by hand is free, forever. Plus is $5 a month or $45 a year and adds statement reading, the written monthly report and the Advisor.
